Job Duties

• Respond to all general inquiries and/or direct the queries to appropriate managers or staff

• Inform callers and assure them of SCS’ journey with patients and their families (where applicable).
• Attend to voice messages assigned to ensure callers are attended to within 2 working days.
• Attend to outbound calls assigned to ensure patients who are due for re-screening are contacted promptly to make appointment bookings.
• Attend to e-chat chatbot platform providing accurate responses to enquirers
• Work with volunteers who provide support to call management
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improvement in procedures (where applicable).

Criteria:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant call centre or customer service working experience preferred.

Job Description:

• Generate sales quotations as requested by customers or the sales team.
• Process orders in the system and follow up with customers regarding delivery timelines, including managing system project orders, placing purchase orders with suppliers, and overseeing logistics matters.

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (AWS ProServe) ASEAN organization is looking for experienced Customer Delivery Architects (CDAs). A CDA is responsible for partnering with ProServe leaders and client partners to dive deep into a customer’s business challenge in order to collaboratively propose and pre-qualify a particular set of business outcomes that would result from a formal ProServe engagement. Key job responsibilities

Basic qualifications

• 10+ years track record of consulting, managing and delivering large-scale enterprise implementations and 7+ years of experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or technical consulting in customer-facing roles.
• Understanding and ability to articulate business impact of technical decisions, with a minimum of 3 years working experience in ASEAN region, and ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
• Demonstrated industry leadership and track record of implementing AWS services with deep expertise in migration, modernization or data analytics implementation.

APJ ProServe is seeking a Customer Delivery Architect (CDA), focusing on Financial Services Industries (FSI) for its Technology & Industry team. This role will be focused on helping FSI customers build or migrate their business workloads on AWS.

From ideation through to build and then to operate, AWS ProServe is committed to helping customers accelerate their time-to-value on AWS. This Senior CDA will be based in Singapore but have an APJ wide remit in the Professional Services team. Their focus will be on providing pre-sales support with customer executives followed by hands-on-delivery for FSI workloads.

Successful candidates will have executive level experience in leading, defining, designing and deploying enterprise level strategic solutions in the FSI domain. Domain expertise should include deep, practical and hands-on understanding of Core Banking solutions.
