- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Preferred: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support

Requirements:

• O Level and above

· Min Nitec Diploma in Aircon/ Mechanical Engineering

· 2 years hands on experience to troubleshoot and repair of Computer Room aircon

· Able to perform rotating 24/7 on call standby (Extra allowance will be given) on 1st half or 2nd half of the month

· Singapore Class 2 or Class 3 licence.
