Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to after-sales duties, including handling repair requests from customers.
- Coordinate with the repair team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer product repair issues.
- Communicate with customers to arrange product collection after repair completion.
- Respond to customer service emails and chats promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with invoicing and basic accounting tasks related to customer service operations.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth operation of the business
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Preferred: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
- Basic understanding of invoicing and accounting procedures.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using various computer applications.
