The role essentially is managing shipments and billing for the global customers from factories in China. This requires coordination with factories, freight forwarders and customers to optimise the shipments and supply chain.

The candidate should have understanding of logistics and shipments and sales support functions.

The position is working from home ; the team meets based on needs.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for individual KPI
• Attend to calls/emails enquires.
• Perform call consultation and secure appointments with prospects.
• Achieve monthly targets.
• Engage and establish relationship with prospects from daily assigned pool of leads.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service during call and text with prospect.
• Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical or Marine Engineering.
• Knowledge in PLC based control systems and/or Hydraulic systems.
• Automation or instrumentation experience an advantage
• Prefer 2-3 years of experience in Marine Hydralius System.
