Job Descriptions:
· Maintain and update regional orders processing and inventory
· Create and maintain data & records management
· Collaborate with global logistics teams to maintain CPQ and SFDC administration and order shipments pipeline
· Prepare and update routine and ad hoc reports, pricing, invoice, forecast reports, budget, business plans and presentations etc
· Assist service and commercial teams’ business activities and events such as scheduling meetings, managing event calendars, trade shows, trainings, seminars, conferences, corporate gifts etc
· Answer, streamline and follow up on incoming customers’ inquiries
· Provide on-time and accurate analytics, reports and forecast data for monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and consolidate all reports for Commercial Finance team on a regular basis
· Work closely with other functional groups to ensure accomplishment of task assigned
· Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Business Admin/International Business/English/Translation or related discipline
· Min 5 years of relevant sales and logistics ERP & SFDC admin experience in similar capacity
· Fluent in English and Japanese, proficiency in speaking one of European languages is preferred
· Power/advanced user in MS Excel, Power Point and Power BI
· Possess a “can do” attitude and able to communicate with various stakeholders effectively
· Agile with growth mindset and a fast learner with strong business sense
· Ability to operate at a high degree of flexibility and multitask
· Occasional travel (<20%) required
