Data center Hvac Service Manager

Job scope
• Lead field service engineer team in data center hvac servicing and maintenance work
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules Hvac.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure maintenance quality and safety standards are met.
• Prepare detailed work method statement (wms) for maintenance Project and all mission critical work environment work documentation
• Ensure service team adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.


Requirement

-Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of experience in hvac maintenance, with at least 3 years in a senior engineer or management role.
- Proficient in hands-on experience with chiller, cooling towers, pumps equipment’s, AHUS,MAUs, FCUs,DX
-Strong technical skill and documentation knowledge of data center hvac equipmentmaintainence and troubleshooting

-Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive work method statements, pre work documentation, risk assessment etc

-Bilingual

Requirements

Role & Responsibilities

• Undertake day to day restaurant operational tasks such as taking orders, cashiering, serving food & drinks
• Communicate customer preferences and dietary requirements to the kitchen
• Clear and clean tables for service, greet walk-in customers
• Collect payment from customers and perform other cashiering duties
• Daily housekeeping in dining areas, food waste disposal
• Assist with dishwashing duties as needed
• Other job related ad-hocs duties if required

Skills/Qualification Requirement

• Relevant experience preferred

• Available to work between 11am to 11pm including weekends
• Work 5 Days 6 Hours or 6 Days 5 Hours

Job Summary:

• UP to S$3,000
• 5 days’ work week (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Location: Bedok

Job Responsibilities:

• Play an active role in delivering service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction and provide consistent quality customer service.
• Liaise with customers on incoming queries, ensuring timely and effective execution of customer orders, handling stock allocation, processing of delivery orders and invoices.
• Handle claims received from customer.
• Handle office reception duties include attending to incomings calls and faxes.
• Liaise with forwarders to arrange pickup, fumigation, perform bookings and advise shipment details to customers.
• Prepare documentations relating to Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit shipments, etc.
• Proper keep and filing of import / export documents.
• Responsible for any other general admin duties.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement:

• Prior experience in order/sales admin support
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to work independently and in team settings
• MS Office proficient
