The Indoor Sales Assistant will work in an office environment to support the sales team, assisting with order management, customer follow-ups, and potential client sourcing. We are looking for a responsible and meticulous team member with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

• Handle existing customer orders and follow up on shipments.
• Conduct follow-ups with current customers to understand product usage and identify opportunities for further collaboration.

Tender Support:

• Regularly check tender websites for relevant projects and filter those that align with company business goals.
• Assist in preparing documentation and organizing participation in tender activities.

Potential Client Sourcing:

• Gather contact information for potential clients and provide the outdoor sales team with details of 10 high-potential clients each month.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills, familiar with office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Prior experience in sales or customer service

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· To perform installation, process buy-off and training of the equipment to customer

· To provide after-sales support such as calibration, maintenance and repair services

· To provide pre-sales support such as application, demo and evaluation

· Preferably with experience in installation and operation of various types of product manufacturing equipment

JOB REQUIREMENT:

· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering

· Will be required to work in a cleanroom environment

· May be required on standby duty and travel

· With equipment support experiences would be an advantage

• The Candidate is expected to take on support of new application systems when they
  become operational.
• The Candidate will respond to production emergencies in a timely manner. This includes
  bringing up the server (in a crash) or system processes, fixing problems or finding
  workarounds.
• The Candidate is expected to diligently perform routine checks and to escalate to the Project Manager should any anomaly be detected. The Candidate should show the initiative
  to alert and troubleshoot together with other system engineers, database administrator
  (DBA), and outsourced vendors.
• The Candidate is expected to follow through every issue/problem to closure and complete
  the necessary documentation as required.
• The Candidate will assist users and answer queries regarding the supported operational
  systems.
• The Candidate is expected to interface with the helpdesk agents, end-users, and external
  vendors during application support and problem resolution.
• The Candidate may be expected to be on standby support on weekends/public holidays.
  In the event of scheduled downtime or during a crash, the Candidate is required to be in
  office during off-office hours to support the systems.
• Besides application support, the Candidate is also expected to make some code changes/
  enhancements that arise from service requests. The Candidate will follow the technical
  standards and update the necessary documentation.
• The Candidate shall report to the Project Manager in tracking and managing the project
  timelines and resources that he/she has been assigned to undertake.
• The Candidate is expected to understudy and undertake the development of new
  applications and maintenance of any existing systems as assigned by the Project
  Manager.
• The Candidate shall be able to work independently with minimum supervision. He/She shall
  also work effectively as a team member among the system support and application
  development teams.

Requirements:

• The Candidate shall possess at least a Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent qualification. 3.2
• The Candidate must possess a minimum of FIVE (5) years’ professional experience in the IT or Infocomm industry.The experience shall emphasize on operational support and maintenance activities.
• The Candidate shall have at least FIVE (5) years of working experience in Singapore and proficiency in the maintenance of web applications. This includes expertise in both system administration and operational support aspects.
• The Candidate must possess experience in supporting government projects and applications. They shall be proficient in providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for applications
