ROLE PROFILE:

The E-Channel Service Center officer is a key member in the Client Service Network (CSN) team. He/she is responsible to provide first level Digital Platform support by phone and/or e-mail to Clients. He/she has to analyze and answer/handle the Client’s enquiry/request, as well as collaborate with colleagues from other units in the Bank who are providing second level support for the Bank Digital Platform.

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION Stakeholder / Client Management

• “First Contact” for Singapore and Hong Kong booked Clients regarding the Bank’s Digital Platform.

• Analyse and answer/handle the client’s enquiry/request, as well as collaborate with colleagues from other units in the Bank who will provide second level support.

Job Scope:

• Perform independent verification of client’s instructions

• Perform Independent Call Back to clients for High-Risk Transactions as a form of anti-fraud deterrence

• Co-ordinate & ensure smooth and timely delivery of client’s instructions/documents between two

processing locations (SG and HK)

• Process Closure of Accounts and all their related requests

• Support quarterly Periodical Fee processing

• Perform Signature Verification for non-account life cycle related documentation

• Process new, renewal or termination of Bankers Guarantee for credit card clients

• Assist to prepare quarterly updates of the Bank’s Authorized Signatory List to various counter

parties

• Prepare Audit Confirmation & Custody Declaration for clients’ auditors and external asset managers

(EAM) respectively

• Maintain the knowledge database of the E-Channel Service Centre.

• Document and maintain the Client’s requests/enquiries received in the Bank’s ticketing tool, keep control over the issues list and see through each issue to closure in a timely manner.

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for a specific focus area e.g. Authentication, Trading, Payments etc.

• Ensure activities performed are in compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

• Strong commitment to quality service and a desire to drive innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Support the clearance of Long Form Deficiency and signature verification of Operational Documents such as Corporate Action Reply Letters, Subscription of Private Equity Documents, Investment Related Forms etc.

• Support any ad-hoc tasks / requests as assigned from time to time.

• Provide support as a team also for Hong Kong Public Holidays.

About the role:

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive and highly independent Desktop Support Engineer to manage our IT support and operations for our Singapore office (approx. of around 15 users). You will be directly reporting to our IT Support & Helpdesk Manager, based in London. The Desktop Support Engineer will be required to research issues and bring resolution to complex problems. 

The working hours are 7:30AM to 17:00PM with rotational after-hour support shared between the team. The role sits as part of a broader team responsible for global desktop support and desktop engineering.  This is a 5-day in office role.

The role will provide many learning opportunities such as Office 365 Administration, Exchange Online, MS Teams Administration, Endpoint Management (InTune), Azure and Active Directory Identity Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Support Role:

o   Provide desktop support to the end users (trade floor and operations). This includes: installation, repair, servicing and maintenance of hardware (e.g. printers/scanners) equipment.

o   Provide in office and remote support to our Singapore users.

o   Setup all video and audio conference calls in our Singapore office.

o   Support, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software updates on the trade floor

o   Perform PC workstation moves, add, changes. 

o   Responsible for maintaining the ticket queue (utilising Asana) and assign them to appropriate group as needed.

o   Respond to malware virus alert and take appropriate step to block, isolate, and mitigate risk exposure.

o   Involve with after hours on-call support rotation and Friday patching of PCs.

o   Providing onsite support, build relationships with Executives, Portfolio Managers and Infrastructure staff assisting them with questions, incidents and service requests.

• Project Role:

o   Create package for automated deployment - globally deploy changes and remove software.

Job Description

• Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
• Facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center.
