To manage the overall process of inducting new Partners and their support staff in relation to the SJP systems and processes. Key Responsibilities of the Job

7. Manage escalations and assist with issues from Partners and Advisers; provide resolution in a timely manner
8. Provide regular communication and sharing sessions to Partners regarding latest documentation, process flows and best practice updates
9. Actively share information with the team, ensuring team understanding is aligned with business priorities and opportunities

• Greet and receive visitors at the reception area.
