Responsibilities

• Support the team on administrative matters such as PO/PRs, vendor management expense reports

• Schedule internal and external meetings as well as phone and video conferences with senior management

• Liaise by phone and email with other team assistants

• Assist the team as required on logistics, hosting and administrative tasks for special events

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.
• Guide primary school children (primary 1 to 5) to ensure completion of daily homework.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.

Requirements:
