• Serving as the first point of contact for Client end users seeking technical assistance over phone, email, MS team and ticketing system and updating all cases reported into the Client ticketing system.
• To configure, install, support, and maintain IT hardware and software – PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, printer/copiers. Windows operating systems, applications software.
• To support Meeting Room Tablet, Projector, Telephone, Cabling and Audio Video (AV) System.
• Record events and problems and resolutions in Client ticketing system.
• Coordinate with Client IT Department to plan and implement software upgrade and OS installation or hardware tech refresh on PCs, laptop, and mobile devices.
• Day to day management of the helpdesk – dealing with cases from inception to competition

Overview

The Centre Leader leads in developing strategic plans and structures to foster a culture of care and trust, mentoring, collaborative professionalism and continuous learning within the Centre. He/She is responsible for managing and enhancing Centre operations while adhering to industry regulations. He/She drives operational and programme excellence by developing strong processes in strategic areas such as governance, partnerships, continuous development, curriculum and pedagogy.

He/She develops frameworks for sustained collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, possesses strong communication skills and is highly influential. He/She leads in modelling the Centre’s mission, vision and values, and oversees the well-being of all staff in the Centre.

1. Manage manpower resources

d) Manage the budget for day-to-day operations in the Centre.

3. Drive programmes and service excellence initiatives

a) Lead Centre to develop Centre strategic priorities, culture and governance.

b) Establish plans and structures to engender a culture of continuous learning within the Centre.

c) Drive buy-in on vision, mission and values within the Centre.

d) Drive initiative and enterprise within the Centre.

4. Plan and implement curriculum and programmes

a) Drive the design of quality teaching and learning approaches beyond the Centre level.

b) Drive the enhancement of learning needs assessment processes and structures.

c) Align children engagement strategies in accordance with Centre policies.

d) Drive the development of quality classroom management strategies in accordance with leading practices beyond the Centre level.

e) Evaluate improvements made to enhance quality of learning environment.

f) Advocate the importance of appropriate health, safety, nutritional and hygiene standards and procedures beyond the Centre level.

g) Lead the development of new teaching and learning methods, tools and assistive technologies based on emerging trends in the sector.

5. Build stakeholder relationships and partnerships

a) Inculcate a culture of collaboration within the Centre.

b) Lead the strategic design of partnerships and collaborations with families and community stakeholders within the Centre.

c) Model professionalism when collaborating with families and community stakeholders within the Centre.

d) Represent the Centre to build business relationships.

e) Design Centre initiatives, families and community programmes and initiatives.

6. Uplift professional practice

a) Establish plans and structures to engender a culture of mentoring within the Cluster.

b) Drive professional development, training, workshops, educational initiatives and service quality improvement of professionals.

c) Drive buy-in on vision, mission and values within the Centre.

We require a part time, weekend Administration and Customer Services Executive to perform admin and customer service tasks for our floristry business including:

• Printing delivery orders and gift message cards
• Planning delivery routes
• Managing the dispatch of flowers and gifts
• Answering basic customer enquiries
• Recording inventory

The position is Saturdays and/or Sundays only at this time. It is open to Singapore Citizens and PRs only.

We are looking for somebody with a friendly disposition and a customer service orientation, with a desire to deliver an awesome experience to customers. Previous admin experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn is the main requirement! Students welcome :)

NB: The candidate would be required to lift flower arrangements, which can sometimes be quite heavy.
