Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service and perform maintenance services for water appliances at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair water appliances to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Help maintain and service water appliances systems, ensuring proper functioning.
• Assist with plumbing and electrical issues as needed (plumbing/electrical experience is a bonus).
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of service visits, including completing service sheets.
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid Class 3 license or own motorbike to travel to customer locations.
• Previous plumbing and electrical experience is a plus.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and high-quality work.
• Able to commit to working weekends, with off days on weekdays.
• Able to carry out manual work and operate relevant tools.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
