• Handle daily rate enquiries from local customers and overseas agents.
• Timely response for all enquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.

• Develop key account business through regular communication, efficient pricing and follow ups.
• Report generation.

Job Description

• Position Title: Technical Sales Engineer
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $5,500 + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients, ensuring effective implementation and functionality of our products.
• Offer technical assistance to field service engineers and customers as needed.
• Evaluate and establish performance specifications for vision system products.
• Manage projects and documentation specific to customer requirements, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently.

• A Diploma in an engineering discipline, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge in field servicing, particularly within the semiconductor industry.
• Specific knowledge of Die Sorter or Wafer Sorter technologies is highly preferred.
• The capability to troubleshoot electronic hardware systems is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, and networking.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
