Provide engineering support in coordination of sales efforts with PTC account managers and PTC partners for strategic sales efforts, including:

• Provide input to the Manning Department on recruitment of Senior Officers for the assigned vessels.

Dry Docking & Repairs

• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.

• Arrange and follow up repairs and services.

• Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry-docking specification in conjunction with Docking Superintendent, Fleet Services. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the compliance team to ensure the organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or similar are a plus.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in compliance management, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and risk management frameworks.
• Proven track record in leading compliance programs, audits, and investigations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex issues and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change within the organization at all levels.
• Proficiency in compliance software, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
