Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead Consultant who is designated as SO Rep to manage the day to day operations of the Building Contract. To ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working

To ensure the painting works are carried out in accordance to the client's requirements as communicated by the project manager and/or as specified in the contract agreement

To provide all project status update to management accurately and in a timely manner

To manage transporting foreign workers in/out dormitory to jobsite and to perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in building construction in singapore

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Construction or related courses
