Patient Service Associates (PSA) provide frontline counter services to patients. PSA is to assist patients by checking patient’s service/order requirement, managing patient queues, handle basic enquiries (e.g. appointment booking) and to provide administrative support to medical technologists and radiographers.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Legal Manager to spearhead our in-house Legal Counsel needs. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for reading and writing contracts, making sure the company is meeting its legal requirements, assisting on the legal side of fundraises, and coordinating with counterpart legal counsels. Salary range: $6000-7000 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Advise, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts (including commercial contracts, service agreements, marketing agreements, joint venture agreements and NDAs).
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Protecting utu’s intellectual property.
• Provide legal support for fundraising activities.
• Assist on the legal side of M&A transactions.
• Advise on regulatory matters including employment laws, personal data protection laws, payment services, medical/health laws and regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive research on various legal and regulatory issues.
• Provide legal advice for the company’s operations in various jurisdictions.
• Liaise with external counsel, both domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Experiences & Skills

• Law degree required (LLB/JD or equivalent).
• Called to the Singapore Bar or any Commonwealth country’s Bar.
• At least 4 years of experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Previous experience in commercial law or the technology sector will be viewed favourably.

Job Responsibilities

• As a Vessel Manager, you will assume full responsibility for safe operation of a Fleet of vessels assigned to you.
• Besides day to day close monitoring of vessels, you will be required to supervise dry-dockings and repairs, carry out vessel inspections, conduct technical investigations, ensure certification and documentation of vessels under your charge are up to date and meet international safety standards.
• You will also judiciously manage budgets allocated to vessels and produce regular reports.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years sailing experience.
• Minimum 1 years sailing experience as Chief Engineer.
• You should be professionally sound, highly motivated & a good team player.

Purpose:

The owner of the role is responsible for Business Development, Sales & Account Management for the SOTAS product-line in the APAC region. Building financial & commercial offers and closing international deal for the SOTAS C4I Edge vehicle infrastructure Solutions in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Promotes and sells the SOTAS portfolio for potential opportunities to direct export customers or through/with the local Thales unit for the assigned countries. Main accounts:

- Sales & Account Management for Australia, working closely with SIX-Aus

- Business Development of SOTAS in the Asian region with a focus on Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, working closely with the local KAMs

- International UOR needs

• As working in the Singapore time zone, with a time difference from the SOTAS OEM (SIX in Netherlands), it is vital to work independently and have/gain in-dept technical and commercial knowledge on the SOTAS.

• Takes in orders (international sales function) through actions, ranging from pre-sales in cooperation with the KAMs and Business Development teams up to the end stages of sales finalization

• Defines the international sales strategy for a project or, more broadly speaking, the sales approach in relation to a specific account in a target region/country, working in conjunction with the SAM/KAM

• Being remotely part of one of the SIX NL multi disciplined export Account teams, who are responsible for the SOTAS product family export from SIX NL. Together with your multi disciplined team members you ensures the team targets like OI, GMOI, Sales, Cash, Customer satisfaction and team development are met.

• Contributes to promote upsell SOTAS roadmap solutions APAC market opportunities

• Able to successfully negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the deal in line with expectations and mandates from the Gates

• Captures information on aspects such as risks & opportunities, marketing and sales, to share in the GBU (including Bid/project teams), develops awareness of customer environment. As Capture Lead manage the bid team and has the ability to anticipate forecast

• Summarizes and monitors export sales forecasts. Ensures that the necessary interactions take place with the countries, in particular through opportunity pipeline Reviews, Sitcom meetings and Business Forums
