The Engineering Manager will lead and manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team to provide high quality design and engineering knowledge and effective project management skills to support the ongoing project activities, and to provide the complete analysis and design tasks as assigned the company Management. Key roles and responsibilities:

• Leading and managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams that are responsible for Energy & Power projects design and/or design review;

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Engineering degree from reputable university, Master degree holder will have added advantage.
• At least 20 years post graduate working experience in power generation industry with proven track record at least with power plant design, construction and consultancy works.
• Experience as Engineering Manager with GT/CCGT/thermal power plant design is a must. Candidate with other renewable energy (solar, wind, biogas, biomass, WTE etc) project experience will have added advantage.
• Competent in power plant detailed engineering and design work procedures and processes, with strong technical knowledge and expertise in power plant engineering and operation principles, standards and practices.

Primary Position Responsibilities

The Territory Manager position is highly focused on customer account management and ongoing service, support and sales development with respective accounts in a defined geography and sector(s) for Diversey.
