About the role

The Team Lead will organise, direct, and monitor the daily activities of a team of Customer Experience Agents. This role involves ensuring high levels of customer service, adherence to company policies, and continuous improvement of team performance.

• Organise and oversee shift duties for the team.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Customer Experience Agents to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure emails, live chat and calls handled by Customer Experience Agents are correctly managed.
• Monitor calls to observe individual demeanour, technical accuracy, and adherence to company and client policies and procedures.
• Handle and escalate sensitive calls when necessary.
• Provide real-time feedback and conduct monthly reviews.
• Identify and address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communications and alignment of goals.
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned to support operational needs, process improvements, or special projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

• Rotating 12 hours shift work is required, including night shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

You will perform frontline duties in the area of registration, appointment scheduling and payment collection, and provide support to service improvement initiatives/projects to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow in the clinic. You are required to handle patient service duties such as providing assistance to doctors, radiographers and patients in the consultation / procedure rooms, conducting basic patient assessments, liaising with various departments on patients' appointments for tests/procedures, and briefing patients on the preparation needed prior to their tests/procedures.

Requirements

• A general Diploma, GCE 'O'/'N'/'A' Level or Certificate in Clinic Practice/ Healthcare (Administrative Support) or its equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
• Ability to speak a second language or dialect(s) would be an advantage (to liaise with non-English speaking patients)

• Collaborate with HQ and ASEAN manufacturing sites to promote and expand Digital Transformation initiatives and activities.
• Act as the main point of contact between HQ, ASEAN sites, Study ASEAN region initiatives, address sites queries, facilitate project planning, execution, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives.
• Monitor the progress of Digital Transformation projects and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of advanced technologies to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Information Technology and/or Computer Science, Engineering.
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation frameworks and strategies in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using industrial software and systems such as ERP, MES, and IoT platforms.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools and cloud computing technologies.
• Technical leadership in MLOps technology and data science etc.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in IT or Digital Transformation, at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools etc.
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred) and Fluent in English.

You will register patients, schedule appointments for consultation sessions, complete billing transactions and attend to patients’ enquiries. You will also be required to assist doctors in the consultation rooms.

Requirements:

• At least GCE ‘N’ Level qualifications
• Applicants with work experience in the customer service/healthcare industry will have an advantage
• Work alternate Saturday

Requirements:

• Proven 7 years experience as Managing Director or other managerial position.
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
• Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
• Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
