As the Engineering Manager for the team, you will partner with internal teams and external partners to expand Coinbase's portfolio of fiat onramps and offramps in strategic markets. You will directly contribute to making Coinbase the leading cryptocurrency platform by setting industry standards for reliable and fast payments. • Build and manage full-stack engineering teams, to guide the development of features, services, and infrastructure across both web and mobile.

Job Description

(A) Principle duties and responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and lead the compliance team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing training
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other applicable regulatory bodies.
