Job Description :

• To assist guests with check-ins & check-outs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The 1st Level Remote Support is required to provide 1st point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service to address their inquiries, concerns, or complaints.
• Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers or clients.
• Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.
• Listening attentively to customers and understanding their needs to provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
• Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring accurate and complete documentation of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge, policies, and processes to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Requirement

1. Minimally Nitec qualifications in IT related disciplines

2. Minimum 1 year Customer Service Experience in technical or non-technical call center environment.

3. Knowledge in Windows OS, Active Directory Account Administration, MS Outlook, mobile devices support.

4. Excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

5. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and have a flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts.

Work Location: Ang Mo Kio & Bedok

Shift Work: Yes, 8.5 hour. Staggered between 8am – 6pm(Mon to Fri), Sat rotates once a month, 8am – 12.30pm. 42hr/week

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday (5days),

Saturday – Once a month(0.5 day). Weekday hour will be shortened if agents need to cover Saturday.
