Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical teams in performing corrective and preventive maintenance of CCTV and surveillance systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and upgrade of CCTV and surveillance equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols during all technical activities.
• Collaborate with clients to address their concerns, provide technical guidance, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance schedules and service reports.
• Monitor inventory of technical supplies and equipment, coordinating with suppliers as necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical management, especially within the CCTV or surveillance industry.
• Preferably to have experience in leading junior staffs
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, access control, and other surveillance technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with both team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
