Specific Responsibilities:

• Input and output label
• Attend to general inbound enquiries, requests and feedbacks received via phone and e-mails
• Preparation for survey and moving event
• Inspection of item in the Warehouse
• Responsible for export shipping document for both air and sea
• Input our tracking system
• Sales assistant . i.e. input and output data , sales approach to customer via phone and e-mails .
• Overall in charge of Moving Branch Office Admin function.
• Assist the Operations Team to indent and procure Moving related Stationery & Non-Stationery Items.
• Responsible for Invoicing our clients.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

• Higher NITEC or Diploma or its equivalent
• Min. 2 years of administrative & procurement support role; proficient in MS applications in particular Excel and Word
• High inter-personal skills, ability to interact with all levels of personnel so as to achieve smooth communication
• Positive disposition with high energy to learn new things; highly organized and ability to multi-tasks.
• Fluent in English and able to liaise with Japanese speaking customers (is an added advantage).

Working Arrangements:

Work Location: 2 Bukit Merah Central, #08-01, Singapore 159835

Work Days: Mondays to Fridays

Work Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

The Customer Service Officer assists the production unit in receiving and processing day-to-day customer orders. He/She provides related administration support to ensure the smooth fulfilment of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities

§ Coordinate the complete process of sales order fulfilment among suppliers, forwarders and customers

§ Prepare delivery orders and invoices

§ Track and ensure timeliness of order fulfilment

§ Attend to customer sales enquiries, feedbacks and complaints

§ Perform administration tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, updating and filing of relevant documents

§ Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

§ Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’/ ‘A’ level, NITEC

§ Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in the food manufacturing/service industry

§ Basic computer proficiency

§ Ability to handle work independently and be self-motivated

§ Work: Boonlay, 5.5 days per week, Mon-Fri; 730am – 430pm / Sat; 730am – 1130am
