The Snr Executive / Asst Manager will support the Vice President (Systems and Quality Assurance) in implementing and managing the Company's Excel QA framework, School Management Model (SMM) Knowledge Repository, EduTrust compliance and data protection across the organisation.

Company's Framework & SMM Knowledge Repository

1. Assist in the development, management, and implementation of the SingEdExcel framework across schools.

2. Support the Vice President in monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the framework and the knowledge repository.

3. Coordinate with school leaders and staff to ensure effective adoption and implementation of standardised policies and procedures.

4. Maintain documentation of all policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible in the knowledge repository.

5. Assist in organising professional learning sessions for school leaders on the SingEdExcel framework and SMM Knowledge Repository.

EduTrust Compliance & Support

1. Support the Vice President in serving as an internal assessor for schools preparing for EduTrust certification.

2. Assist in reviewing EduTrust-related documents.

3. Coordinate and manage documentation and evidence gathering for the EduTrust certification renewal exercise.

Data Protection Compliance

1. Assist in the development and implementation of data protection policies and procedures.

2. Support in conducting data protection risk assessments and audits across all schools.

3. Monitor compliance with data protection laws and regulations and report findings to the Group DPO.

4. Coordinate data protection training and awareness programmes for staff.

5. Maintain comprehensive records of data processing activities and assist in the preparation of reports on data protection compliance.

Job Specification

• Recognised bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with data protection and privacy laws, and their implementation in organisational processes.

• Knowledge of quality/compliance management systems and frameworks (e.g., EduTrust, ISO 21001) is essential.

• Experience with quality improvement initiatives and system implementation is highly regarded.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an aptitude for data review and analysis.

Position Overview

The incumbent role reports to the VP Innovation & APAC Customer Solutions Head. The incumbent will be managing a team of category managers and specialists with varying food and beverage development and application expertise. The role will be driving execution of projects, partnering with cross functional team to meet project timelines, leverage expertise to commercialize new products to meet customers’ growing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of experienced category managers/solution specialists who specialize in specific product category, sensory scientist and application technicians
• Passionate about working on complex projects and have a good understanding of technical know-how across varying food categories
• Able to inspire and guide the team to develop best solution to win customer projects
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop a customer-centric proactive initiatives based on trends
• Collaborate with technical team from IEC (Ingredient Excellence Centers) to test the performance of new ingredients in consumable products as well as defining gaps or improvements in the current ingredient portfolio.
• Develop highly effective ways to communicate and interact with customers during project execution. Speed of response is key to making a difference and to win the activities with customers.
• Ensure smooth project management and secure a seamless service from the moment a project is entered up to winning.
• Deliver high quality great tasting product solutions, innovative value-added concepts, meeting target cost, regulatory, food safety requirements and best-in-class sampling.
• Take ownership to improve team performance, effectiveness in project execution and the success rate of new projects and product developments
• Personally, lead few key customer projects/internal or external initiatives partnering with cross functional stakeholders
• Identify supplier partners and explore new ingredients to bridge performance gaps or develop new functionality in current product portfolio.
• Oversee the CSC laboratory operating procedures, governance of GMP, safety and ensure resources utilization are within budget
• Regularly update line manager on key projects, progress, challenges and escalation process as needed meet team KPI
• This position requires minimal travelling (<10%).

Requirements and skills

• Masters or Bachelors Degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Food Engineering or any other related discipline
• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in B2B food development, having in-depth knowledge of ingredient functionality and processing know-how in beverage segment (powdered premixes, RTD, beverage sauce/syrup, etc.).
• Experience and knowledge in other relevant categories e.g. dairy, bakery, confectionery, desserts or savoury will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of the working dynamics across FMCG/CPG and food service channel
• People management capabilities and ability to continuously improve the team performance having a customer centric approach based on key deliverables.
• Masters the food development process inside-out from customer inspiration to winning customer projects.

A brief description of responsibilities as follows:

• Supporting the Client Advisers to provide excellent service to high net worth clients & investors, maintaining a high standard of service quality in all work and output
• A strong understanding of complex client requirements, acting as the clients’ key interface in direct interactions and communication
• Partnering Client, Business Support and Third-Party Service Providers to ensure smooth and prompt transaction processing & service delivery of client requirements
• Provide market updates to clients, prepare client statement and reports related to the portfolio, as well as specific product performance
• Receive and execute trade orders in a timely and accurate manner through to settlement
• Prepare investment reviews and periodic portfolio reviews, which include portfolio rebalancing and asset allocation calibration
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of in-house funds
• Initiating account openings and ensuring completion of all initial and ongoing documentation requirements
• Perform Periodic due diligence and ensure relevancy of clients’ documentations
• Responsible for proper maintenance of CRM system, working closely with external provider on troubleshooting and system improvements
• Adhering to the MAS regulatory requirements and achieving compliance standards at all times.

Professional and Technical

A keen interest in the regional wealth management industry – an aptitude to service the needs of UHNW/HNW clients: mainly Expatriate, Singaporean, Malaysian, and other client groups is essential.

Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products such as mutual funds, equities, bonds, ETF’s and treasury products. Proficiency with financial tools such as Bloomberg and Microsoft Excel required. Knowledge in VBA and other programming language such as SQL preferred.

The incumbent must have strong analytical, written and spoken English skills, Mandarin language skills are a bonus. Relevant banking &/or finance qualifications will be highly regarded.

Regulatory Requirement

All necessary qualifications as required by the MAS must be acquired within a 6month period from commencement of employment.
