Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Work with the Project Management team to meet project requirements and deadlines.

• Collaborate with R&D and Product Marketing teams for customized product requests and ensure delivery of necessary documentation (e.g., spec sheets, IED files).

REQUIREMENTS:

As a Customer Support Representative for Retail, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Job Description:

- Main contact point for customers.

● Data analytics for software & product accuracy

● Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project

● Observe & monitor for server performance

● Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customer
