Job Description

• promoting tax compliance and fostering a community of responsible taxpayers
• Interact with taxpayers through phone calls to fulfill their payment and filing obligation for Corporate Income Tax and GST.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least 'A' level/Diploma qualification
• Must be service-oriented and assist citizens in fulfilling their tax responsibilities.
• Able to handle taxpayers confidently and professionally
• Prior experience in customer service, along with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Available to commit starting from 13 Jan 2025
• Candidates without tax experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided

Work Arrangement

Salary:

• $13.60 (during training)
• $15.05 (after training period)

Contract Period: 13 Jan to 30 Jun 2025
