Requirements

• Diploma in Customer Service or relevant
• Experience with front counter duties and customer service
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead position is preferred.
• Pleasant disposition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office).
• Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure.
• Warm and approachable personality.
• Student-centric customer service approach to delivering excellent service attitude.
• Able to work well with diverse teams and handle conflicts effectively.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Prior relevant experience in education industry will be advantageous.

Job Scope

- Attend to customers’ inquiry

- Prepare and process Air Export booking request

- Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise

- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers

- Mange customers’ expectations and complaints

- Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries

- Verify invoices from vendor

- Prepare customers’ report

Requirement

- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

- Must be able to work independently

- Must be able to converse in English for handling English speaking clients through email and phone

- Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work

- Outgoing personality

- Willing to learn with good attitude

- Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be at advantage

- Training will be provided

Working Hours: 8:45 AM - 6 PM / 8:45 AM - 1 PM

Working Days: Monday - Friday / Saturday

Job Description

• We have immediate vacancies for people who are passionate about front-line service.
• You will attend to customers’ savings/fixed deposit account transactions, safe deposit boxes, and other counter services.
• You are not required to work on Sundays or Night Banking.

Requirements:

• At least GCE 'O' level with Higher Nitec or candidates undergoing part-time diploma may apply.
• Good attitude with pleasant personality and a flair for customer service
• Required to work on Saturdays (half day). There will be one Saturday off per month.
• If you do not have relevant banking experience but have customer service and cashiering experience, you are welcome to apply for this position.
• Flexible to be transferred between branches.
