Job Requirements

• Min diploma/ degree holder in supply chain, business admin or logistics
• 3 to 5 years experience in supply chain, shipping, freight forwarding industry
• Preferably with operation knowledge on logistics control on container trucking/PSA
• Able to work effectively and independantly in a fast paced enviroment

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible and accountable for the commercial management of a store, maximizing sales and minimizing losses.
• To lead and motivate the store team, develop and improve all staff to reach and maintain a high level of customer service and selling skills.
• Ensure store operation standards are adhered to by all store staff.
• Ensure daily briefing to staff on sales target.
• Ensure daily housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Manage complaints cases whenever necessary.
• Provide the training and coaching to the team.
• To be an effective member of the management team of the company, contributing to the setting, monitoring and achieving of targets and objectives for the store.
• To be pro-active in developing the business.
• To manage staff, merchandise and space to ensure the highest standards of sales floor operation.
• Responsible to review store transactions on a daily basis as a control to detect and prevent any irregular and suspicious transactions.
• Monitor and maintain compliance of all company policies and procedures to make sound business decisions and communicate/educate all staff.
• Responsible for roster planning to ensure sufficient manpower at all time.
• Sets priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines; develops plans to meet short-term objectives.
• Communicate with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• 5 years working experience in sales and distribution of branded merchandise in a retail environment, leading a large team, and preferably in Sports and/or lifestyle chain stores.
• Have strong leadership and communication skills
• Results-orientated with strong understanding of day to day in store operations.
• Energetic and self-motivated individuals highly preferred.
• Degree/Diploma in Business management or equivalent.

• Provides leadership to the sales team
• Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met
• Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
• Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts + Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams
• Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs
• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations
• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies
• Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses + Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.

• Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business
• Developing and presenting project proposals

• Managing construction schedules and budgets
• Attending site meetings to monitor progress
• Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives
• Provide advice on contractual claims and procurement strategy.
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.

• Track of any variations for ongoing projects that may affect costs.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The Customer Relations (Front Desk) role is crucial in maintaining a positive and professional image for our tuition centre.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet students, parents, and visitors as they enter and provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Respond to inquiries from students and parents regarding course offerings, schedules, fees, and other relevant information
• Assist with enrolment process, including completing registration forms, explaining tuition policies, and collecting necessary documentation
• Schedule appointments for students and parents to meet with teachers or staffs as needed
• Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing questions and concerns effectively
• Collect tuition fees and ensure accurate recording of payments
• Manage, maintain and update student records, administrative documents and centre-related supplies
• Record all math questions in the system
• Assist in marketing activities, such as distributing flyers, promoting special events, and collecting feedback from students and parents
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, addressing and resolving issues to the best of your ability, and escalating as necessary
• Perform general office tasks, such as photocopying, filing and organising office supplies
