Able to work staggered office hours on rotation and 5.5-day work per week (alternate Saturdays and 5th Saturdays)

Job Description:

• Generate sales quotations as requested by customers or the sales team.
• Process orders in the system and follow up with customers regarding delivery timelines, including managing system project orders, placing purchase orders with suppliers, and overseeing logistics matters.
• Release shipments for picking and packing, coordinating with freight forwarders for pickups.
• Assist Field Service with service orders and billing.
• Address quality complaints between customers and the source plant.
• Update lead times for equipment parts.
• Monitor and follow up on incoming shipments (including equipment parts) for system projects.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level or a Diploma qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel).
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
