SUMMARY

The position plays a crucial role towards HCSA’s financial sustainability, by leveraging digital platforms to drive donations, and maximising fundraising opportunities across various channels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Online fundraising campaigns (digital/social media)

1. Develop and execute online fundraising strategies to engage donors and generate financial support for our community services

2. Plan, manage and optimise online fundraising campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, email and crowdfunding

3. Create compelling fundraising appeals, stories and content to inspire donations and engage supporters

4. Utilise data-driven insights to optimise fundraising campaigns, track performance metrics and identify future opportunities

5. Leverage on marketing automation for donor engagement and retention

6. Manage our fundraising campaign budgets to ensure cost-efficiency

Website management

1. Manage overall content, UI/UX and SEO on HCSA websites, with inputs from the respective content owners

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience and Education

• Ensure standards for food quality and preparation
• Co-ordinate with logistics department for timely collection and delivery schedules
• prepare dally delivery list for frozen meats and others
• Manage all frozen meat delivery and assist to production and others
• Able to multi-tasks and dwork under pressure
• Able to handle heavy stuffs around 20-30kg
• Able to work long hours and work on weekend

QUALIFICATIONS

• Physically fit
• Able to work in cold environment
• Class 3 Licence
• Forklift Licence (if have is a plus point)

Take care of the all the Hotel/Properties

Monitoring the Guest/tenants is paying the rent in time. If not sending the reminder or ask them to pay as soon as possible.

Check all the room condition Interior decorators/contractor for the new properties and negotiating quotation price.

Leas with property Guest/ Agents and arranging Viewing

Negotiating the property price with the Guest/Agents.

Admin paperwork, prepare monthly/yearly report/assist account

Submit documents to account to prepare for payment, refund deposit.

Leas with Guest/tenant check in/out or renewal lease.

Solving Issues and defects in rental units

Delete access card,car entry,

Coordinate with the colleagues.

Update OneDrive/cloudbed system

Update all work permit/check ica,mom

Check/reply all the WhatsApp

Monitor all booking/email/complaint

Regarding all the above matters reporting to the Director

Salary :$1800 to $3000

Working Hrs: 10am to 6pm/11am to 7pm

Required to manage the restaurant and supervise the staff. Able to take orders and sell specials and most importantly have good customer service for our guests. Also knowledge of using the ops system and closing of till is needed.

Coming to work on time is imperative. Self hygiene and grooming is also of upmost importance.

We are hiring 15 Customer Care (Call Specialists).

• Immediate availability preferred
• 8 months contract

• Attend to incoming hotline calls from customers
• Conduct phone interviews and manage respondents' queries
• Ensure highest level of customer experience
• Data entry and administrative work
• Status update report to supervisor
• Handle escalated cases and follow up with respective respondents until resolved
• Conduct data verification of completed cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Met daily and weekly KPI
• Contract Period: Yearly renewable

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean
• At least 1 year of work experience in customer service or call centre environment
