SUMMARY

· This position is responsible for supporting projects leading to the success of project.

· The Project Manager to lead the project team in achieving project goals and gaining high customer satisfaction.

· The Project Manager will ensure the quality of the project is met within the allocated budget and timeline.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Mentor and lead Project Managers in completing projects within allocated resources as assigned by PM Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Including the following with other duties as assigned:

· Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through focus on accountability and quality.

· Be the point of contact for customer to all issues.

· Drives global meetings of project on behalf of customer to assure the success of project.

· Continuous tracking of project performance and schedules of internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.

· Validate project workscope, ensure up to date technical scope of work.

· Assure compliance to contract commitments and ensure turnkey design within scope of work.

· Identify out of scope work to sales and initiate CIP to sales if necessary.

· Assure proper coordination between internal departments (all technical project lead) and project stakeholder for technical integration with a project execution plan.

· Coordinate with all project stakeholders and customer to align towards common objectives and goals of the program.

· Integrate stakeholders’ timeline and develop a detail plan with key activities (timeline) into an overall project schedule and ensure all team member, suppliers and customer are fully acceptable to it.

· Understands intermediate regulatory certification requirements and provide recommendation to customer for meeting regulatory certification requirements in the turnkey packages per workscope.

· Create and manage project budgeted resources (hours and hard cost), cost recording, control and forecasting.

· Identifying risk and create risk management analysis with means of stop light chart, etc and present to management during weekly project review meeting.

· Implement and improve good Project Management Tools for effective usage.

· Continuous maintaining the relevance of Project Management Processes & Procedures.

· Overseas travel will be required.

· Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

· Qualified degree or Masters in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering.

· At least 4-5 years experience in aircraft interior reconfiguration engineering.

· Knowledgeable of aircraft and interior reconfiguration engineering requirements.

· Able to read and understand aircraft designs, drawings and specifications.

· Good understanding of Part 25 regulatory and compliance requirements.

· Able to apply knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, equipment allocation/management, complex leadership techniques and coordination of people and resources.

· Able to work in a team environment and accept required roles, responsibilities and accountability.

· Able to multi-task and work independently

(A) Job Title : Deputy Manager

(B) Function:

§ To support supervisors to plan the Global Sales and Marketing activities independently of Poly Vinyl Chloride resin and Chlor-Alkali products and manage the organization of the global sales team to deliver the budget.

§ To lead and coach overseas agents to meet their individual budgeted volume targets,

maximize the value of sales and effectively manage key customer/distributors

interfaces in support of the business strategy while upholding the company policies.

§ Extensive experience of the market and on job, the incumbent must be able to come up with business plan and budget in order to achieve corporate goal.

(C) Job Description

1) The incumbent’s main duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following :

§ Compliant with safety standards and company policies in the course of conducting business activities assigned to the individual.

§ Set up credit line, review and analyze financial status of customers and manage credit control in accordance with the company’s requirements.

§ Accountability for development and execution of annual sales plan, including pricing initiatives, and customer margin management.

§ Coordinating with overseas agents for potential customers of expanding sales of Poly Vinyl Chloride resin and Chlor-Alkali products.

§ Responsible for managing all suppliers/distributors activities within the territory by providing guidance and active support such as joint customer visits.

§ Identifying new customers, creating synergy and maximizing business opportunity.

§ Supporting sale presentations to suppliers, overseas agents and purchase presentations to customers for new product launch and when the market changes.

§ Managing and developing all aspects of the key customer relationship in support of the agreed sales plan for the region including complaint management.

§ Managing and coordinating customer support activities, allowed by the principal, for the assigned customer base and managing assigned personnel to maximize profit, growth and industry awareness within the boundaries set in the product marketing strategies / objectives.

§ Monitoring and reporting market information and trends in relevant industries and informing to stakeholders, business/senior management.

§ As deputy of supervisor to participate in cross-functional consultation or decision-making role.

§ Managing end user relations by coordinating agent activities, technical services, marketing, distribution in areas.

1) Degree holder in any discipline

2) International trading administration knowledge including settlement such as L/C operation

3) More than 7 years trading business experience including at least 3 years Poly Vinyl Chloride resin or the polymer additives business experience. Well-developed negotiating skills to handle all level of audience.

4) Proficiency in spoken & written Japanese/English to communicate with our diverse base of customer & manufacturers.

5) Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Teams (High Presentation level is required)

6) Standard accounting skill

(E) Salary Range

S$7,500 – 7,700

This role will focus on the successful migration of data from legacy server locations to Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering results in dynamic, global environments.

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the data migration project from legacy servers to SharePoint/Teams.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Formulate and recommend policies, objectives and long-range plans to ensure the most effective operation of field sales activities. Disseminate and ensure compliance with approved policies, objectives and plans.
• Prepare annual/quarterly budgets and assist Marketing Department in preparation of key marketing strategies, sales forecasts by product and district. Supervise the development of sales estimates, review and approve forecasts.
• Plan, control and direct activities of the field operations to obtain maximum sales volume and required Company standards of quality, service and cleanliness and to develop maximum sales potential and profitability from operators.
• Oversee store repairs and maintenance program to ensure provision for efficient and effective preventive and breakdown maintenance in minimizing disruption to restaurant operations.
• Oversee the Quality Control upgrading of all food and related products in the Operations Department and also produce and process research and development programs.
