Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Field Service Representative- Singapore for technical field support of F-15 Singapore.

FSRs are the in-person Boeing "face" to the customer, so personal appearance (grooming and dress), a helpful and friendly demeanor, and the ability to speak and write in a professional, unambiguous manner while working unsupervised for extended periods of time are paramount A successful candidate will also have the ability to coach others in maintaining the F-15 Aircraft.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads technical field support of company products. Performs troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems and specialty coverage.
• Resolves maintenance and operational issues.
• Monitors product performance and makes recommendations for resolution of potential issues.
• Analyzes technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures.
• Develops and conducts ad hoc training.
• Function as a liaison between Boeing and the Customer
• Support maintenance personnel with troubleshooting of various aircraft systems and components
• Resolve maintenance and operational issues.
• Must be able to read schematics, drawings and use fighter aircraft support and test equipment.
• Monitor product performance and make recommendations for resolution of potential issues.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years radar system knowledge and experience
• Minimum 5 years F-15 maintenance experience
• 5 or more years’ experience maintaining military aircraft
• Must be proficient in reading schematics, drawings and use fighter aircraft support and test equipment.
• Requires the ability to work independently in a demanding, on-call, 24 hour per day operational environment.
• Must be willing to work any shift, weekends, or on call as required.
• Requires proficiency working in a multi-disciplined environment
• Must be willing to travel to other US and foreign operating locations to assist with the customer's mission and maintenance demands as well as the recovery of disabled aircraft.

Role:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with Marine Boilers.
• Carry out repairs on inboard and outboard marine boilers.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure all shipboard systems are functioning properly.
• Travel domestically and internationally to service jobs on board vessels.
• Maintain cleanliness of the ship and engine room while onboard.
• Provide detailed reports on work performed and communicate the nature of repairs and services to customers.

Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to marine services and repairs.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Keep accurate records of all services performed, including time spent, parts used, and labor involved.
• Use service management software to log and track repairs and maintenance tasks.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other technicians and service team members to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in marine mechanics or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marine service and repair for boilers.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to solve problems.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and marine service equipment.
• Knowledge of marine engines, auxiliary engines, and cargo pumps.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and performing physically demanding tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the hotel’s food and beverage business activities.
