Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for co-developing, monitoring and evaluation of the strategic initiatives. About the role

Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously
2. Assist customer with our self-ordering kiosk
3. Provide recommendations and answer any customer inquiries
4. Ensure tables are set and cleared in a timely manner
5. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
7. Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues to the manager if needed

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B or customer service is a plus but not required
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and a good team player
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
