The F&B Service Attendant is responsible for ensuring all guests receive great experiences through the delivery of outstanding service, adhering to all established standards & procedures.

You will be part of the dynamic team that is a vital part of the division’s Service Quality Framework. You will liaise with Group Customer Advocacy (GCA) and coordinate with them on the surveys received. You will analyse and identify customers’ pain points (Detractors) or compliments (Promoters) based on customers’ verbatims. • Check the correctness of the allotment list and process payroll accordingly to ensure timely transfer of allotments to seafarer-designated beneficiaries.
• Responsible for the timely payment of wages on the approved payroll cycle.
• Prepare all correspondence to the Account Department, Master, and other relevant parties as deemed necessary.
• To submit CPF contributions (for Singaporean seamen) promptly.
• To arrange monthly Cash to Master and liaise with port agents for quotations and arrangements.

• Conduct month-end closing of ship accounts and monitor the balance of float.

• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Accounting, Operations) and external stakeholders (e.g., port agents, manning agencies) to ensure seamless payroll management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll management to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in special projects or tasks related to crew welfare, cost management, or other crewing department functions as required by the Manager or management.
• Any other work required by the Manager and management.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma holder with 5 years of related working experience in the marine industry.

Job Summary: The Front Office Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the Front Office department providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. You will foster a culture of hospitality, leading and directing the Front Office team towards achieving service excellence at all times and ensuring that every guest experience aligns with the hotel’s brand and service quality.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate operations, policy and procedures of the Front Office. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and propose necessary productivity improvements to the Director of Rooms.
• Aid the Director of Rooms in the preparation of the monthly forecast and annual departmental budget. Control and review expenses, implementing control actions when needed.
• Be familiar with the hotel’s fire safety, security and emergency evacuation procedures. Coordinate with the Security team in times of crisis or vice activities within the hotel.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker when it comes to service recovery for guests.
• Oversee the development, management, communication and progress of the hotel’s Customer Relationship Management efforts and programmes.
• Ensure that all online and offline guest feedback has been addressed and resolved in a timely manner, recommend and implement correction actions as needed.
• Utilizing insights from guest feedback, industry trends and best practices, work closely with the Assistant Front Office Manager to recommend strategies in driving service enhancement.
• Depending on operations and / or manpower requirements, be ready to stand in and manage any sections within Front Office.
