Job Summary

Responsible for administering and addressing queries related to Compensations, Gratuity, Post-Retirement Medical Benefits and Monthly Pension.

Key accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Compute and process payments for compensation, gratuity, pension in accordance to stipulated policies and guidelines and ensure payments are made within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Report KPI adherence timely.
• Perform activities related to Post-Retirement Medical Benefits, such as claim verification, updating of payment records, preparation of recovery letters and tracking of arrears.
• Respond to enquiries received via email and telephone.
• Prepare journal entries for transactions between ministries.
• Prepare supporting documents to support verification exercise and audit checks.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/ Work Instructions (WIs)/ Checklists/ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regularly.
• Attend solution preview and UAT sessions; brainstorm various business scenarios to ensure correct implementation of system changes.
• Any other projects or work as and when assigned.

Maintain, and assist in the preparation and compilation of the agreements i.e., non-disclosure agreements, major construction tenders, professional service agreements and standard industry forms of conditions of contract such as RDAS, SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC Silver Book, FIDIC Yellow Book, and other form of conditions of contract including appropriate risk mitigation;
