JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
• Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms to reach a broad audience
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Conduct interviews using structured techniques and competency-based questions
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and interests
• Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calling efforts
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with potential clients
• Record and track leads in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Answer customer questions and address concerns in a knowledgeable and professional manner
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
