Key Responsibilities:

• Perform robot Preventive Maintenance: parts cleaning & greasing, replacement of sensors, motors, motor drivers etc
• Installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, heater jackets
• Support tool owner engineer to do technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation
• Support 6S & logistic activities (parts cleaning, arrangement, labelling, housekeeping)
• Other related ad hoc duties

Key Requirements:

• Min Nitec in engineering
