Responsibilities

• Perform impact analysis for upstream and downstream changes that affect the systems.

Main tasks

• Maintain timely deliverable and accuracy of all critical business reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the different business departments to understand analytical needs and translate them into data requirements with clearly defined data metrics and definitions.
• Coordinate and work with analytics team to optimize the data flow and automate various data sources.
• Day-to-day interaction with dashboard, CRM, and other database on data investigation to track performance of specific business needs.
• Create value for RMS APAC by translating all the data insights to help in making informed marketing, sales, and business strategies.
• Work with local and global analytics teams to drive digital transformation training, and adoption of solutions.
• Work closely with management to prioritize and do insights generation using data mining and other data manipulation skills.
• Lead ad hoc projects to optimize processes and/or improve the quality of the database.

Skills and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Management.
• 2 years relevant working experience
• Strong analytical skills, capable of using data analytics to drive business insights and execution
• Experience in solving the business problems by analytical method (modelling, visualization, graph analysis)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI reporting platform)
• Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM, Python would be advantageous

Job Responsibilities

• Consistently analyse relevant Aftersales Market data along given parameters, e.g. age distribution, car models, customer retention customer segment, components and parts
• Based on Market Analysis and in coordination with Brand Principal, initiate and conduct programs, campaigns and promotions to improve retention, throughput, parts sales/throughput, labour sales/throughput and revenue.

• To assist the Aftersales Development team in strategic sourcing for Aftersales through the development of sourcing strategy, management of tender projects, supplier development, contract management and negotiation etc. to generate cost savings and maximize profit

Job Requirements

• Degree in Data Analytic for related fields with at least 2 years of working experience
• Knowledge of the automotive market preferred

• Actively participates in trade shows and associations to promote PS. Creates, prepares, and presents technical papers and other application-specific white papers for marketing material, trade publications, and conferences in collaboration with marketing and engineering.
• Become the authority on industry standards, data centre power products and solutions, and total on-site power system design and integration.

Requirements:

• A degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least eight years of experience in sales related to the power generating industry.
• Strong track record of demonstrated direct and channel sales. able to communicate and bargain with decision-makers and senior executives both inside and outside the company.
• Result-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive business setting.
• Enjoys interacting with people of all levels and is a terrific team player.
• Able to work autonomously and make regular trips.
• The expansion of PS's company depends on experience in the data centre area. strong technical understanding of solutions and products for power generation. possesses a solid understanding of industry norms and specifications.
