WHO YOU ARE:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Data Engineer to help us build out and manage our data infrastructure, which will need to operate reliably at scale using a high degree of automation in setup and maintenance. The role will involve setting up and managing the data infrastructure plus building new systems where required. Our client is currently looking for a dedicated Sales Director to join their reputable law firm based in Singapore. As the Sales Director, you will be a key driver of the startup's growth and client engagement strategies. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and developing innovative marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the startup's success and play a pivotal role in achieving our business objectives in the competitive Singapore market.

Job Descriptions:

• Track market trends and competitor activities, develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies, promote the implementation of data center and other telecommunications operator businesses overseas, and achieve sales targets and performance objectives in foreign markets.
• Explore new overseas markets. Develop and maintain local customer resources, establishing strong collaborative relationships.
• Identify customer needs, showcase service capabilities, provide customized integrated solutions, drive projects to become benchmark cases, and enhance the company’s market influence and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen internal collaboration, improve delivery capabilities, and ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related disciplines
• Over 5 years of overseas sales experience in data center electromechanical equipment companies such as ABB, Vertiv, Eaton, or Delta (in Singapore and Southeast Asian countries). Familiarity with the operations of the Singapore and Southeast Asian markets is essential, and candidates with customer resources in foreign data centers, Colo service providers, and telecommunications operators will be prioritized.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to complete sales tasks independently.
• Strong team collaboration spirit, able to work effectively with cross-departmental teams.
• Strong market analysis, promotion, and development capabilities, with keen market insights and project operation experience.
• Familiar with industry-specific terminology in the power sector, capable of conducting business communications with international clients.

About the team

Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction of data products related to manpower and management, providing the company with data-related products, and supporting management decisions through data insights;

2. Responsible for the implementation of data products, including data warehouse model design, data portal, data visualization, data permissions, operational systems and so on;

3. Coordinate and promote collaboration between the Product & Technology teams and other team resources to ensure the successful implementation of data product solutions and progress of the project.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related majors;

2. Strong cross-functional team communication and collaboration skills.
