• Manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation during migration;
• Coordinate the migration of data, documents, and content from ECC and other legacy systems to S/4 HANA;
• Conduct a thorough analysis of data changes, assess associated risks, and address challenges to ensure a smooth transition;
• Perform simplification item checks to confirm data consistency and relevancy, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve incomplete data issues;
• Design ETL processes and oversee manual data transformations to SAP-loadable values;
• Ensure data integrity across modules (MM, EAM, FICO, PS) and subsystems within the S/4 HANA environment;
• Implement robust data quality controls, including monitoring and auditing, to maintain long-term data integrity.

• Partner with our cybersecurity team to ensure safe, secure and ethical handling of data within all systems in scope
• Lead remote teams and allocate resources effectively across multiple schools/business units

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in education or multi-unit organizations
• Experience with data governance and cybersecurity
• Deep proficiency with educational technologies and systems (iSAMS in particular)
• Some knowledge of enterprise business software would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of database and integration technologies
• Competence with the fundamentals of API architecture, including its components, common types, and key practices for building efficient and secure APIs.
• Experience with cloud computing and data platforms like Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric an advantage
• Strong knowledge of K-13 curriculum and assessment frameworks like IB Diploma, IGCSE, A Level is key
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and specifically Power Automate an advantage
• Familiarity with current data protection standards and practices
• Project management expertise, including change management and resource allocation across multiple parallel workstreams under pressure
• Budget management and vendor management and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead a diverse and remote team effectively

Responsibilities:

• Understands the commercial cost/financial/budget impact of decisions to be taken, for any products/solutions to be developed, considering the overall impact to a customer proposal and recommending the appropriate solutions
• Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment.
• Design of solution offerings including services, support, training (classroom, roundtables, webinars). Detail definition of Solution Components, Scope of Work, Deliverables, Effort Sizing and Pricing.
• Implementation planning and delivery for Proof Of Concepts (POC), Migration Services & Deployment Services.
• Work closely with the Sales team to provide full presales assistance in support of the successful achievement of sales targets while adhering to cost of sales objectives
• Self-sufficiency in leading pre-sales activities aiming to close sales opportunities.
• Achieving reliable, timely and high-quality design and deployment work.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in major IT Integration
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a consultant with pre-sales and implementation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of solution design and/or hands-on implementation experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Wide expertise of ICT field and systems, network, storage, virtualization, and/or security.
• Experience in building and migrating applications, software and services.
• Direct experience with Cisco routing/switching, wireless LAN controller, software defined Network, Load balancer (Netscalers).
• Knowledge of Competitive Products & Technology.
• In-depth knowledge of Implementation methodologies and best
  practices.
