As a Senior Data Engineer, you will:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of a scalable and reliable data platform based on the data mesh principles with modern data stack.
• Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store data from various sources.

What you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

• Proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, Java, or Scala, and experience with big data processing frameworks like Apache Spark.
• Experience with dimensional modeling, data warehouse and data lake.
• Experience with modern data stack (eg. Snowflake, dbt, airflow, etc) is a plus.

Data Application Specialist

Responsibilities:

• You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and identify opportunities to leverage data and data quality.
• You will design, develop and operate modern data architecture approaches to meet key business objectives and provide end-to-end data solutions.
• You will be responsible to create, design and develop intricate data processing pipelines.
• You write clean and iterative code for continuous delivery practices to deploy, support and operate data pipelines.
• Design and implement solutions around data warehouse implementation ranging from architecture, ETL processes, multidimensional modelling, data marts implementation.
• Design and optimize data acquisition, data ingestion, data processing using ETL (Extract, Load, Transform) tool and developing dashboards or other visualizations using Google Cloud Platform or other solutions.
• You will develop data models by selecting from a variety of modelling techniques and implementing the chosen data model using the appropriate technology stacks.

Requirements:

• From 2 to 4 years of experience working as a data engineer or related role.
• Hands-on experience in AWS Glue, AWS RedShift, Tableau, QlikSense
• Proficiency in handling programming languages projects such as Python, Java or Scala.
• Track record in implementing systems using Hive, Scala will be preferred.
• Strong in data modelling, data processing frameworks’ tools such as Hadoop, Spark, SQL is an advantage.
• Good understanding of analytics and data warehouse implementations
• Experience with Cloud Technologies is a plus.
• Good understanding and completion of projects using Agile methodology.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, ability to understand the business requirement, communicate confidently with stakeholders.

The Senior Data Engineer position is a part of the Global IT Department, which is directly overseen by the Group’s CIO. Our team currently comprises over 40 IT, software, and data professionals primarily based in Shanghai and Moerdijk (the Netherlands). As a Senior Data Engineer in our Singapore office, you will have the unique opportunity to join a newly established data engineering team while being supported by our existing data engineering talent in Shanghai and Moerdijk. Job Responsibilities:

· Take ownership of the implementation and maintenance of critical pieces of our Azure ETL pipeline and data warehouse (ADF/DBT/Apache Airflow/AKS/Databricks)

· Assist in the maintenance of an existing data infrastructure (Azure SQL MI)

· Assist in the design and architecting of ETL/ELT pipelines, data schemas/models, and data marts for business users.

Position Summary:

This position requires in-depth technical understanding and rich practical experience in data security, risk mitigation technology, and R&D engineering. Through the R&D, integration, and implementation of data security engineering, we will implement a data security operation platform for supporting data security operations, privacy and compliance teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Job Description
