• Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Analyze existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies.
• Digitize, automate and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor operational performance metrics to track progress,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners , including production, logistics, sales, and customer service, to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare and present operational reports to teams and management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
• Compilation all reports sent and review for accuracy for information as part of operational set up with Partners New Business services

Role Summary

Assist in areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax, fixed assets, and preparation of financial statements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and responsible and has integrity. They are willing to strive and can work in a fast-paced environment. They are looking to stay and grow with the Company.

Duties

▪ Process invoices and staff claims.

▪ Monitor receivables and payments from customers.

▪ Assist in the preparation of period-end closing and bank reconciliation.

▪ Perform data entry and other clerical tasks such as filing and answering phone calls.

▪ Participate in audits and fixed assets sighting exercises.

▪ Assist to oversee the China Office's accounting matters.

▪ Support the Accountant and cover them in their absence.

Requirements

▪ Diploma in Accountancy from a reputable polytechnic or at least 1 year experience in accounting work.

▪ Familiarity with ACRA/ Accounting Standards/ Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and basic accounting principles.

▪ Fluent in Chinese to communicate effectively with the China Office.
