Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Mon to Thurs, and 9AM to 5.30PM Fri
Job Description
• Understanding Client(s) Needs and Requirements for Payment Services
• Handling End-to-End Merchant Onboarding Application, including reaching out to various stakeholders to obtain approval
• Handling and Liaising to merchant’(s) enquiry or investigation via email or Phone Call
• Provides periodic updates to merchant(s)
• Tracking of Sales Referral from Banking BUs or different sales channels
• Weekly reporting of sales tracking and merchant onboarding
• Administrative work like checking of documents and system records to ensure correctness
• Supporting the sales force with general operations to achieve department’s objectives
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power point
