Key Responsibilities

• Verify trailer/prime mover number, model, and company name.
• Check if an inspection is required and whether the customer uses our account or their own.
• Upload before and after repair photos, ensuring all billable items have photos.
• Review all WhatsApp messages to ensure every completed job is accounted for and submitted in Kintone.
• Verify repair/maintenance job scope. If issues are unclear, confirm with workshop workers to avoid preparing incorrect DO.
• List all job scopes from Kintone in the maintenance report.
• Email the maintenance report to the customer and billing department.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by your superior.
