Responsible for the end-to-end software development and support for all work transitioned from Group (which could be projects, quarterly change requests, L3 production fixes) which includes analysis and design to development, implementation, testing and support. Responsible for quality assurance of the team delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools. Partner closely with the Group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverables

• Create technical documents for the solutions. Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and or reports as requested

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

You will be responsible for the end-to-end software development and support for all work related to projects, quarterly change requests, L3 production fixes. • Work with stakeholders including customers, partners and colleagues on data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs

What you'll do...

The data science team is in charge of technically delivering the Shift products to clients, the key role in the success of our projects with clients. It is a hands-on job, expect to be doing everything you can imagine from the technical side in an AI company:

Your Role:

• Teach 10 to 12 classes weekly (2 hours per class) and inspire a love for Math in primary school students.
• Utilize our proprietary analytics platform to track student progress and provide individualized feedback to optimize learning outcomes.
• Share detailed progress reports with parents, offering actionable insights to support students’ academic development.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to refine the curriculum and contribute fresh ideas to enhance teaching standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Hardware Support - Installations, Move, Add, Change
• Decommission of IT equipment (networks, servers, networks, storage, backup devices)
• Media management - HDD/SSD Destruction and Disposals
• Connect and disconnect patch cables to equipment in DC
• Server Hardware break fix support - Installation of parts, reseat module, SFP module replacement including HDD / Memory / Mainboard, etc.

Requirements
