• Sales Plan Evaluation: Identify key changes and plan assumptions to optimize opportunities and mitigate risks in short- to mid-term sales plans.
• Production Order Management: Ensure an efficient supply chain by managing production order plans with tools like Excel "rundown."
• Consensus Building: Collaborate and build agreements with distributors for both short- and mid- to long-term planning.
• Project Support and Coordination: Contribute to country-specific projects by coordinating stakeholders, sharing best practices, and applying demand and supply knowledge, taking on specific roles when necessary.
