The Service Delivery Manager ensure service delivery meets quality standards and identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary

Responsibilities:

• Good in Managing service delivery budgets, including resource allocation, cost management, and revenue forecasting.
• Experience in handling Project Budgeting, Delivery, Scheduling and Management.
• Good in Client, Vendor and Stakeholder Management.
• Managing Service Delivery Contracts with customers. Negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and managing customer expectations
• Involved in Service Delivery Management.

Requirements:

• Strong in Service Delivery Management.
• Knowledgeable in IT infrastructure, system and networking.
• Experience in Managed Service Scheduling, Budgeting, Delivery and Management.
• Experience in handling Biometrics and Data Centre Management.
• Demonstrated Service Delivery Management and Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience in Managing service delivery budgets, including resource allocation, cost management, and revenue forecasting.
• Min. 5 years of Service Delivery Management.
• Good Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering

Role: Solution Architect/Data Engineer (Banking)

Senior Data Engineer – Someone with experience on building up data lakes/warehouses with strong development background on cloud such as Azure or AWS would be ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Write production code and develop applications/interfaces for Trading Analytics.

• Advanced coding skills in programming languages such as Python, Scala, and Java. Previous knowledge of C++, C#, and/or Haskell would be a plus.

• Expert knowledge of Cloud Computing regarding one of Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.

• Knowledge of Spark, Databricks, and Kafka.

• Previous knowledge of Oracle, MS-SQL, MongoDB is a plus.

• Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Dash (or similar) is a plus.

• Knowledge of object-relational mapping and object-oriented databases.

• Experience with real-time analytics, OneTick and/or KDB+ is a plus.

• Knowledge of VBA, R, Matlab, Tableau, and PowerBI is a plus.

Job summary

• Acquire proficiency in packing finished goods from mobile vessels into drums of various sizes.
• Develop competency in packing finished goods from fixed tanks into drums using mechanical pumps, including performing tank cleaning through the automated Cleaning-in-place (CIP) process after packing.
• Attain proficiency in packing finished goods from fixed tanks into drums using diaphragm pumps, including conducting tank cleaning through the automated CIP process.
• Throughout the training period and after acquiring the necessary skill sets, the contract technician may undergo rotation among Fragrance, Cosmetic Ingredient, and Oral Care plants for additional training.
• Gain expertise in compounding at Fragrance, Oral Care, and Cosmetic Ingredient plants.

Requirements

• Min A Level/ NITEC/ Diploma in any related course of studies
• Keen to explore the engineering field
• No experience required as training will be provided
• Require to carry out hands on duties like carrying heavy equipment parts / raw materials (~25kg)
• Able to commit at least 6 months.
