Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic walk-through, validation of equipment status, amber lights check, etc.
• Review work order requests in the queue and respond to semi-routine work orders by adhering to commitment times.
• Escalate and expedite orders to appropriate teams upon standard operating procedures.
• Rack and stack semi-routine customer equipment tickets.
• Support datacenter standard operating cross-connect work order requests.
• Support standard operating testing and standard operating installations of customer assets.
• Support standard operating procedures of layer 1 cross-connect certification testing.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Technical Operations Data Analyst

The Opportunity

• Review operational issues and determine if a technology (product) solution is required or a process correction needs to be made. Identify opportunities to improve business practices and drive internal process improvements.
• Track and report on operational performance for the global team and conduct data analysis regularly to identify trends and areas of improvements.
• Run daily standup meetings and monitor and manage daily customer support tickets for prioritization and triage.
• Assist in creating Business Review content for leadership meetings.

Your Background

Datawarehouse Support Engineer (EDW)

The support specialist will be a techno functional support team member for the Enterprise Datawarehouse (EDW) under IT BAU team.

He/she is responsible for ensuring system availability and timely deliverables for datamarts for various business unit like Finance, regulatory, Campaign.

The support specialist, as the analyst expert within the IT team, will be the support staff who needs to closely co-ordinate and work with various team like Tech Infra, application services, solutioning, project and business units in the bank. He/she follows up to resolve issues reported by users and performs impact analysis related projects/enhancements that will impact the EDW.



Roles/Responsibilities

- Responsible to provide BAU support for Enterprise Datawarehouse

- Responsible to provide operational support and ensure SLI of system availability, batch deliverables

- Respond on time to the queries raised by various business units

- Provide timely updates regarding production status and progress of issue resolution

- Fine tune applications and systems for high performance and higher volume throughput

- Conduct review of technical and functional solutions from enhancement/project team to ensure they conform to IT standards

- Perform impact analysis of enhancements/projects that will impact supported systems

A Databricks Engineer is responsible for leading the migration of on-premises data warehouses to Databricks, designing robust data architectures, and ensuring seamless data integration and governance. The role involves implementing cloud-based solutions, optimizing data workflows, and extracting insights while maintaining data security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end data migration projects from on-premises environments to Databricks with minimal downtime.
