Job Description:

• Assist the architect in coordinating design details between clients and consultants.
• Manage all architectural drawings and tasks, ensuring timely submission and updates of shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and materials. Oversee work progress to minimize conflicts, disputes, and rework.
• Review project specifications, clarify tenders, and assess construction drawings for contract and procurement management.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Architecture and registered as an architect, with at least 6 years of local experience, OR
• A diploma in Architecture with at least 8 years of local experience.
• Strong proficiency in project management and architectural practices.
• Expertise in trade coordination using Revit/Bentley or similar platforms.
• Attention to detail in reviewing architectural shop drawings.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• At least 2 completed CONQUAS building projects.
• Preferably experienced in Design & Build projects.
