### Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored solutions and expert advice.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Technical Expertise:
- Advise clients on design options, budget considerations, and regulatory requirements specific to HDB, private property, landed, condo, and commercial spaces.
- Ensure all client projects comply with relevant industry rules and regulations.
- Site Oversight:
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress aligns with plans, client expectations, and quality standards.
- Identify and address issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the team leader.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with drafters, renderers, and project managers to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize project proposals and plans.
- Proposal Preparation:
- Review and refine proposals to ensure they align with client discussions and expectations.
- Present detailed, accurate proposals to clients in a professional manner.

### Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on technical regulations for HDB, private property, condos, landed properties, and commercial spaces.

- Skills:
