• Custodian of brand standards across two distinctive brand identity, ensuring marketing collaterals are reflective of standards while conducting frequent audits and content hygiene maintenance.

• Contribute to ongoing guest service excellence and community engagement efforts by responding to enquiries on social media and guests’ reviews on brand and online travel agencies’ websites in a timely, personalised and professional manner.
• Strengthen customer relationships through social and earned media, monitoring both hotel, R&Bs and competitors’ presence on social media for performance enhancement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Preferred 1 – 2 years of experience of marketing experience in handling graphic designing and

Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for operational level understanding of the requirement of the client/customer, Site Visits, Site feasibility & Solar Systems Design and complete execution. Able to check site feasibility and provide the best suitable option for enhancing suitability.
• Designing of arrangements of the solar panels for Rooftop & Ground Mounted PV system including layouts, Single line diagram (SLD), schematic diagrams, calculation of sizing and BOQ of material. Highly experienced with Autocad.
• Drawing/Document submission/approvals, scheduling, Factory inspections, proving the guaranteed prepared a generalized check list for review of all standard. End to end execution of solar projects (Rooftop & Ground Mounted) and Service Support.
• Familiar with PV simulation software such as PVsyst and Helioscope.
• In addition to the above-mentioned duties and responsibilities, any other assignments given occasionally or daily by the immediate reporting officer

Job Requirements

• Possesses minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering/Renewable energy related field
• Minimum 1.5 year of experience in handling solar projects preferred (Fresh graduate for Junior position is welcome to apply)

• Responsible for design process, layout costing and preparation of proposals to customers

• Analyze given data and use existing information to make logical assumptions to fill the gap
• Provide logistics quotations for customer enquiries

• Support existing operations for expansion costing
• Collect data and perform statistical analysis for ad hoc project assignments
• Coordinate with regional excellence team or suppliers for new technologies available in the market

We’re looking for

• Degree or above in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or other related disciplines
• Relevant working experience in Supply Chain industry, with around 3 years of solutions design and/or contract logistics operations experience
• Experienced in using AutoCAD and SketchUp is advantageous.

To manage the Design Office in our Singpaore Office, working closely with the Managing Director and our US clients, to manage the design, detailing and completion of design drawings (shop drawings, embed drawings, PMU, VMU, etc), managing detailers and drafters, managing the fabrication drawing teams, and all related submittal work, review, re-design, etc. Full time autocad drafting is necessary for the selected candidate.
