Role Description

The Interior Designer (residential/commercial) will be responsible for creating and delivering inspirational designs to meet the client's needs. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cityhall area with flexibility for some remote work. The Interior Designer will work closely with clients to ensure that the design and build process is completed according to their requirements while ensuring the work is completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Interior Design or a related field
Experience with residential/ commercial interior design projects and construction documents
Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization
Strong knowledge of commercial building codes, sustainability, and accessibility standards and regulations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, vendors, and team members
Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time, excellent time management skills, and problem-solving abilities
Experience with project management tools and software
Portfolio reflecting relevant residential/commercial interior design projects

Main Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of assigned workshop(s) and ensure optimal functionality

2. Provide technical supervision and guidance on operating specialized machinery, equipment for constructing, producing scaled and full-scaled prototypes as well as student projects

3. Conduct induction classes on safe operations of workshop machinery and facilities regulations

4. Maintain good housekeeping, safe storage of chemicals, raw ingredients, inventory in workshops and monitor usage and loan of equipment to users

5. Support in the budget forecast for workshop and faculty

6. Perform other ad hoc duties as required and assigned by the Associate Dean

Requirements

1. Minimum qualifications of Diploma in related discipline

2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience

3. Must be workshop trained and possess 3D practical prototype making skills

4. Must be comfortable working in a workshop space

5. Good working knowledge of materials such as wood, metal or digital printing and other any manufacturing techniques

6. Proficient with software skills especially in AutoCad, Rhinoceros, Corel Draw and Illustrator

7. A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and guide students

As our Executive/Senior Executive - Finance , you will be managing the full set of accounts as well as compliance requirements.

● You will be in charge of the GL accounting and Balance Sheet Reconciliations

● You will liaise with the auditors, manage and drive the internal and Statutory Audit to closure, including the Tax Audits and other ac-hot audit assignments

● You will interact and resolve all the audit queries as and when they may arise though General ledger (including AP/AR review)

● You will oversee the processing and payment of vendor invoices and employee claims

● You will partner the internal sourcing and procurement team to resolve vendor related issues

● Manage vendor relationship and communicating to vendor on status of payments

● You will be in charge of the month end closure, complete Fixed Assets, Currency Revaluation, Prepayments and Accruals, as well as Revenue/Cost Accrual based on Percentage of Completion within the timeline of the closing

● You will prepare the balance sheet reconciliation schedules for management review

● You will handle the inter-Company Invoicing and Reconciliation, on a monthly basis

● You will be liaise with the tax agent, in charge of Annual Corporate Tax filing, GST filing

● Other Ac- hot assignments

REQUIREMENTS

Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the contract position of Digital Designer for the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix. The successful applicant will be reporting to the Director of Advertising & Marketing and will work under the lead digital designer as well as alongside the creative team. 

You will be required to take part in developing concepts and the designing of content for all digital platforms and digital ad submissions in various formats. You will conceptualise and design visuals for owned and paid digital media, including but not limited to EDMs, static and dynamic online banners, website landing pages, mobile app interfaces, social media and digital outdoor screens.

You should possess strong graphic design skills and knowledge of digital production processes.

A keen attention to detail and a critical eye for design aesthetics is a must, in addition to excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in graphic design, digital design, visual communications or a related field

- Minimum 2 years’ working experience with a strong portfolio

- Proficient with Mac OS platform and good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) & Figma

- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and effectively communicate project status
